LeaderLabTM is a unique learning experience that helps younger professionals become better leaders. It blends the best of personalized training with coaching and consulting to help you fast–track your leadership journey. This training is rigorously field-tested. You can help customize and co-create your experience by selecting modules that are most applicable to your needs. Learning cohorts are deliberately small to maximize your participation. All sessions are online and in-person.

Founder Lorne Epp brings his hands-on experience and practical leadership wisdom directly to you. Lorne is a 40 -year business veteran who has given leadership to large-scale business and social initiatives. From teaching to home building, surviving radical business failure, and rubbing elbows with industry giants, Lorne is a “life enthusiast” with a dynamic approach that has allowed him to change the world in substantive ways.

That realization was the genesis of an internal Executive Development and Training program now known as LeaderLabTM.
